Can the agent make up information?

It answers from your catalogue and settings. What is not filled in, it does not claim, and you can list what it must never say.

Can it give discounts or order on the customer's behalf?

No. It creates no discount and writes no order. It suggests adding to cart; the customer confirms.

Can I reply to a customer myself?

Yes. When the customer asks for someone, or at any time, you take the conversation from your inbox: the AI goes quiet and the customer reads your reply in the same window. You can then hand it back.

How much does the extension cost?

The extension costs 199 DH per month. A monthly number of answers is included depending on your plan; delivery, payment and availability questions do not count.

Which languages does it speak?

French, English and Arabic.

Do I need to switch it on after buying?

Yes. It starts switched off: you set it up, then switch it on from its settings when you are ready.

What happens if the extension is deactivated?

The agent disappears from your store. Conversations are kept for the planned retention period.
