No. The rating is about your store, given by the customer after a delivery received.
How much does the extension cost?
The extension costs 50 DH per month.
Can I approve a review before it is published?
No, there is no prior approval. You can delete a review from your admin.
Can I reply to reviews?
Not from the review itself. You contact the customer from the related order.
What happens if the extension is deactivated?
The tracking dashboard becomes unavailable; reviews already received are kept.
